While most of us looking for a home based on the design,
location and accessibility, there are others who look at the first location.
And we say location, refer to the environment in particular. This is actually how engineers
Houston Brie and Scott Kelman ransacked their home. They wait for years to get
a place in this special way. Well, I do not know why they really want to live there, but
they have had a house in this street after buying a dilapidated house.
Since then, the pair have seen this area, they have no
qualms about buying a house on the street, even if they do not personally see
or set foot on it. During the
holidays, they put in the contract because of the desire to
live in the area, but they are for a surprise.
This building was built in 1920 as a three-bedroom, two
bathrooms one family residence. It was converted into a duplex and then again
as a single family home, but
still maintained duplex two doors. Wood veneer on asphalt
tile broken off. The exterior has been updated. Obvious change is in the home
is to keep only one door for
entry.
@When the couple entered the house, he had damaged the floor
and walls. Knee socks are also welcome their trash. Clearly, there is so much
work to do.

No wonder it has been dubbed a shock transformation
remarkable because it really shows the huge difference! Who would have thought
that this house is really run down
before the renovation? In addition to a successful home
renovation, what I like about it is the story behind it.
